About Todd:
I started racing mountain bikes in 1989 after meeting up with Ian Coates at Plymouth State College in NH.
With a background in BMX racing and strong bike handling skills I moved threw the mountain bike ranks, quickly moving to the expert class in 1990. From 1991 to 1996 I called Colorado home, racing out west included the Colorado Off-road Points Series, The Cactus Cup in AZ, The Vail World Cup and World Championships as well as several other events each season.
Upon returning to the east coast in 1997 and re-uniting with Ian Coates 1998 season was spent racing on the road. Sense 1998 the racing season has been split between mtb, road and cyclo-cross racing, and trying to build a career in web programing.
In 2002 I along with the Boston Bicycle Club and the Massachusetts Hospital School Put on a Cycle-Cross race and will continue to promote bicycle racing in the Northeast for 2003 and beyond. In November of 2002 long time college friend Ian Coates and I co-founded the North Atlantic Bicycle Club.
2008, a career move has landed me in Marin County California. After two years in CA I have become involved in the local riding and racing sceen. For the 2010 Season I will be racing on the road with the Racing 4 Research Team that raises money for the American Brain Tumor Association.
2013 Last Canton Cup, after 13 years of putting on one of New England’s popular amateur cycling cross races. I will use the time to get some more riding in during September and October.
2014 - 2015 NAV merged with Cycles Fanatic www.cyclesfanaticracing.com and I have been helping grow the west coast crew, Avery my 3 year old keeps me busy with the doll house and tea parties and racing took a back seat for a while. Looking to get going again this fall with a full cycle cross season.
